We’ve been talking about some of the local businesses that have been affected by the restaurant closures in Washington. However, there is another kind of business we haven’t talked about. Food Trucks! That’s right, it’s spring! Which means food truck season in Spokane is just about to get started.

Unfortunately, with most events canceled for the foreseeable future, that means food trucks are going to be particularly affected. The good news is, they already offer primarily curbside services. So, a lot of food trucks in Spokane are still open for business. Without the events, they don’t have a great way to find a large number of customers in one place. That means customers will need to find them.
Food Trucks Open in Spokane
One food truck that still plans to open for business this weekend is Skewers food truck. They sell some of THE BEST Mediterranean food in Spokane. And, their prices are very reasonable. In addition to offering curbside pick up and delivery options, Skewers is setting up shop at Lumberbeard brewing.
