In 2018, Todd Sullivan and Christine Mundel formed a partnership and created the Todd Sullivan Team, now known as the Spokane Home Gurus. Christine Mundel
Chris Joined Keller Williams Realty Spokane in December of 2013 where, after hard work and dedication, quickly rose to Rookie of the Year; an award presented by Keller Williams for top producing agents. Chris originally worked as an agent on Todd’s team and then as an independent agent. In 2018, Chris partnered with Todd to start the Todd Sullivan Team.
Chris pride’s herself in finding the right home and the best deal for all of her clients. A life-long resident of the area and graduate of Lewis and Clark High School, Chris loves living in the Inland Northwest. She has been married to her college sweetheart for over 20 years and enjoys spending time with him on and off the clock. In Her free time Chris enjoys time with her family at the lake. Chris is passionate about understanding exactly what her buyers and sellers want and need. Her experience and knowledge assist in turning client’s real estate goals into reality.

Brendan Hollenbaugh
Brendan is a Spokane native who grew up on the South Hill and graduated from Ferris. He studied Business Marketing, International Business, and German at Northern Arizona University. He is fluent in German and lived and worked in Frankfurt. More recently his international travels took him to Thailand to work in Real Estate and he instantly fell in love with the business.
Brendan has played Soccer since he was 4 years old, piano and the drum set. He enjoys being outdoors and especially when it is with his two Golden Retrievers.

Colette Sherman
After being a stay at home mom for a number of years, Colette decided to go into real estate. She started in 2020 as a lead generator. She enjoyed being a part of the Spokane Home Gurus team, and in 2021, decided to get her real estate license and become a buyer specialist. Colette has lived in the Spokane area all of her life. In her spare time she enjoys camping and boating in the beautiful Inland Northwest with her family and friends.
